How to return an item
Register return

Receive label
You will receive a return label as a PDF for printing or a QR code for your smartphone.
Drop off package
Pack the item and drop off the package at a GLS ParcelShop near you.
You will be redirected to the GLS Returns Portal.
Frequently Asked Questions about Returns
Is the return free of charge?
Yes, the return is completely free for you. The return label is created via our GLS portal and is already franked.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Do I need a printer for the return label?
No! Alternatively, you can load a QR code onto your smartphone and show it directly at the GLS ParcelShop. The label will then be printed on site.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase amount within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange items?
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and simply reorder the desired size or color in our shop.
How do I package the return?
Ideally, use the original packaging. If this is no longer available, use a sturdy cardboard box and pad the shoes well so that they are protected on the way back.
Where can I find a GLS ParcelShop?
The nearest GLS ParcelShop will be displayed on a map directly in the returns portal. Alternatively, you can find ParcelShops at gls-pakete.de/paketshop-suche.
